1. General Provisions

This document is the official offer (public offer) of iCosmo Inc. (hereinafter β€” the "Seller") to conclude a contract for the sale of goods on the terms set forth below. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer.

Acceptance of the offer (acceptance of the terms) is the placement of an order on the Website icosmo.shop and its payment. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is considered concluded in accordance with Articles 433, 435, and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer. The current version is always available at icosmo.shop/offer.

2. Subject of the Contract

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods β€” cosmetic products and related items presented in the catalog on the Website β€” to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of this offer.

The assortment, quantity, price, and other characteristics of the goods are determined based on the order placed by the Buyer on the Website.

3. Order Placement Procedure

The order is placed by the Buyer independently on the Website by adding items to the cart and filling out the order form. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate information:

  • last name, first name, patronymic or organization name;
  • contact phone number and email address;
  • delivery address;
  • organization details (for legal entities and sole proprietors).

4. Prices and Payment Procedure

Prices for goods are indicated on the Website in dollars and include VAT (if applicable). The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the price of a placed and paid order is not subject to change.

Payment for goods is made in dollars on a 100% prepayment basis. Available payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, MIR bank cards via the T-Bank payment service (JSC "TBank"), as well as non-cash bank transfer against an issued invoice.

When paying by bank card through T-Bank, payment processing is carried out on the bank's secure page using 3-D Secure technology. The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's bank card data.

The Buyer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment funds are credited to the Seller's settlement account.

5. Delivery of Goods

Delivery is carried out by transport companies of the Buyer's choice. The cost and terms of delivery depend on the chosen method, weight, volume of the order, and the delivery region. For orders over 50,000 USD, delivery to the transport company's terminal is free.

The right of ownership and the risk of accidental loss of the goods pass to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the transport company. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the transport company.

6. Return of Goods

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after transfer β€” within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the appearance, consumer properties, and packaging are preserved.

Return of goods of inadequate quality (defects, non-conformity with the order) is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights". In this case, the return costs are borne by the Seller.

When returning goods of proper quality, transportation costs are borne by the Buyer. Funds are returned to the Buyer within 10 banking days from the moment the returned goods are received by the Seller, to the bank card or settlement account from which the payment was made.

7. Liability of the Parties

For non-performance or improper performance of obligations, the parties shall bear liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Seller is not responsible for possible allergic reactions or other individual consequences of using the goods. Information about the composition of the goods is published on the Website for the Buyer's review before placing an order.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. A claim shall be sent in electronic form to sales@icosmo.shop and shall be considered by the Seller within 10 working days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to the court at the Seller's location in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
