2. Scope of Services

iCosmo provides a digital B2B marketplace connecting wholesale buyers with suppliers of Korean cosmetics. The platform facilitates product discovery, ordering, and supplier communication. iCosmo acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the purchase agreement between buyer and supplier unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Account Registration

• Registration is required to access wholesale pricing and place orders.
• You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• iCosmo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in EUR or USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices shown are wholesale prices exclusive of VAT. VAT may be added at checkout where applicable.
• Minimum order quantities may apply per product or per supplier.
• iCosmo reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or supplier issues.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is available to all EU countries and select international destinations.
• Delivery times vary based on supplier location and shipping method, typically 5-15 business days.
• Free shipping may be available on orders meeting minimum value thresholds.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Claims for defective or incorrect products must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return approval.
• B2B transactions may be subject to different return policies — please refer to the specific supplier terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the iCosmo platform — including brand names, logos, product images, and descriptions — is the property of their respective owners. iCosmo's platform design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

iCosmo provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy in product information and availability, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. iCosmo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
